While studying Wine Science at CSU, Em has worked in the Yarra Valley, Clare Valley, Heathcote and Geelong as a cellar hand and assistant winemaker, giving her a range of experience in different Australian wine regions, at different sized wineries.  

Em has also recently completed an overseas vintage in the Rhone Valley. 

In 2023 Em moved to Tasmania to focus predominantly on Pinot Noir and Sparkling Wine. Currently working as the Assistant winemaker at Pipers Brook Estate in Northern Tasmania Em has been privy to Tasmania’s exceptional Pinot noir and Chardonnay fruit resources.  She is excited about what the future of the wine industry has to offer and is invested in following her passion for winemaking.
