After participating in the Appetite for excellence program as a state finalist 2016 and National Finalist in 2017 I was inspired to move from North Queensland to Brisbane to grow my career. Working across Ecco Bistro, Aria Brisbane and Blackbird Bar & Grill in management and the wine team. Wanting to focus on wine solely I stepped into the world of fine wine retail and joined the team at The Wine Emporium before making the move to Tasmania. Now working for Joval Wines as an Area Manager, proud to be representing some of the best wineries in the country.
