Shanteh Wale – Sommelier, Writer and Host
Shanteh cut her teeth as a Sommelier and Head Sommelier at Quay Restaurant where she worked for over a decade.
She has been nominated three times for the Good Food Guide’s ‘Sommelier of the Year award’ and was a Len Evans Scholar in 2019. She is host of her own drinks podcast ‘Over A Glass’ with the Deep in the Weeds Network she spends her days writing and reviewing wine for Halliday Wine Companion, Wine Pilot and judging wine shows across the country.
